You can either get the product replaced or refund your money excluding shipping / handling costs.

You can return an item within the appropriate return window if it fulfils one or more of the following criteria:
- Item was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- It has missing parts or accessories
- It is different from what was ordered
Please Note: Merchandise purchased must be returned in their original condition, with original accessories, warranty cards, user manual, price tags intact, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you.
Order Cancellation by dianora.in
We have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The entire payment amount shall be refunded to you within 5-7 working days and credit the amount to customers bank account in such a case.
The order can be cancelled due to the following reasons:
- Non-availability of the product
- Issues related to pricing of the merchandise
- A problem identified in the payment mode
